Returns & Exchanges

We craft every jar of Healthy Nutty in small batches with real, natural ingredients — and we want you to love what you get. Since our products are food items, our returns policy is designed with freshness and safety in mind, while still making sure you're taken care of.

Our Promise

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you — no questions asked. Your happiness matters more to us than a single jar.

Eligibility for Returns

Because Healthy Nutty products are consumable food items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used jars for reasons other than damage or defect, in line with food safety standards.

You're eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • Your jar arrived broken, leaking, or damaged in transit
  • You received the wrong flavor or size
  • The product was defective or spoiled/expired on arrival
  • Your order is missing items

Please report any of the above within 48 hours of delivery by emailing healthynutty151811@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue — this helps us resolve it quickly and also improve our packaging.

What's Not Eligible

  • Change of mind after opening or tasting the product
  • Jars that have been used, partially consumed, or improperly stored (e.g., left in direct sunlight or heat)
  • Natural oil separation — this is normal for our stone-ground, preservative-free peanut butter and isn't a defect (just stir well before use!)

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at healthynutty151811@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.
  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm the next steps.
  3. Depending on the issue, we'll offer a free replacement, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated. Please note it may take a few extra days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Want a different flavor or size instead of a refund? Let us know when you reach out, and we'll happily swap it for you, subject to availability, at no extra cost if the original issue was on our end.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they haven't been packed or shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you're welcome to use our returns process if there's an issue on arrival.
