Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). During sales or festive periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days as our small-batch kitchen keeps up with demand. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
We currently ship only within India. Orders are delivered within 5–6 business days of shipping, across all serviceable locations.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, regional restrictions, or courier delays beyond our control.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account or reaching out to us at healthynutty151811@gmail.com with your order number.
Because our jars are glass, we pack every order with extra cushioning and secure, eco-conscious materials to minimize the risk of breakage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Exchanges page — we'll make it right.
We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping at this time.
